Along with the relaxed dress code in the Palmetto Room this summer we've recently updated the dinner menu in the Island House. Chef Randy MacDonald and his culinary staff have created an epicurean array of choices ranging from classic bistro selections to healthy choice items complemented with new seasonal desserts.

Pelican's Nest Menu

During your next visit to the Pelican's Nest you'll notice the menu has a few recent additions in the sandwich and appetizer sections like our Grilled Fish Tacos or the Cajun Grilled Tuna Sandwich. Additionally, new specialty pizzas and dinner entrees have been added to the menu.

Seabrook at Home Menu

Have you ever thought about ordering appetizer platters and meals from the Island House for your next party? The Island House Events Department now offers a "Seabrook at Home" menu providing casual cuisine and custom cakes for your family & friends. It's easy, call and place your order with a minimum of 48 hours notice and the club staff will have it ready for pick-up at a time convenient for you and your guests.
