Seabrook Island Property Owners Association

and Seabrook Island Club Joint Survey - 2011

The Seabrook Island Property Owners Association and Club have combined their annual surveys in a joint effort to achieve cooperation, minimize confusion, and gain cost savings. The purpose of this survey is for you as a property owner and/or member to provide valuable input which will be used by both organizations in their respective planning processes. Your participation is vital to the success of these efforts.

Please note that multiple perspectives on Island and Club issues are desirable. If there are two adult principals in your household, each is encouraged to take the survey independently. A small section relating to household demographics will be bypassed if a second person from the same household responds to the survey.

You should expect to spend about 10 minutes apiece for the SIPOA and SIC sections, making 20 minutes total. We urge you to complete the whole survey and to do so in one sitting. Please use the comments sections freely.

The survey is divided into the following sections:

Part 1: Seabrook Island Property Owners Association - Vision and Governance

Part 2: SIPOA Operations

Part 3: SIPOA Communications

Part 4: SIPOA Facilities and Fitness/Recreational Activities

Part 5: Demographics

Part 6: Seabrook Island Club - Food and Beverage

Part 7: SIC Golf

Part 8: SIC Tennis

Part 9: SIC Beach Club

Part 10: SIC Social Programs

Part 11: SIC General

As in the past two surveys, we are implementing this survey 100% in-house through the use of Survey Monkey. All responses are anonymous. No names or email addresses are available to the Annual Survey Team.

To take the survey now, please click on the following link

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/jointsurvey

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Shawna Jarrett at
(843) 725-1563.

Thank you for your participation in this important endeavor!
